We had a beautiful family stay here for Eid Al Adha, reuniting after 4 long years. The 3-bedroom apartment is fantastic! The location is great, and it has lovely views from the balconies in the living room and master bedroom. The furniture is new and comfortable, and the kitchen has all the necessary tools (oven, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker). Plus, the internet is very fast in every room. Every single detail was perfect. Thank you, HAVN, for a wonderful experience!🩷🩷

hi ,i stayed for 18 days and it was the best holiday in dubai from the easy check in to the last day ,the house was big and spacious and had all the amenities that any person will need it during the stay ,the host was such a nice person who always asked us for any need that we want in the house, I recommend this airbnb to anyone who is coming to dubai and want a relaxing holiday in the marina

It was amazing, I didn't expect it to be this great. The apartment has security downstairs, and you can use the swimming pool and gym. There’s also parking inside the building, and the apartment itself is wonderful. For the price you pay, it’s nothing. We will definitely come back 100 percent.

My stay was absolutely perfect! The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was immaculate, and had all the amenities you could ask for. The location was ideal, close to everything yet in a peaceful area. The gym and pool were fantastic, offering an amazing view that made every workout and swim feel like a luxury. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

Lovely Apartment. Very big two bedroomed. Located on the 9th floor of 30 floors in the building, so great views. 3 x lifts available. Loved the outside patio seating area, which also had an airer for clothes. Security 24 hours in foyer who were helpful. Good communication with HAVN Management . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone. Lovely pool.

The apartment has an excellent location, close to the Burj and Dubai Mall, and most places don't require a car to get around. There's a mosque in front of it, but if you're further from Downtown, you will need one. The place is nice and easy to reach, and the price is very reasonable. The apartment owner was helpful and accommodating, easily adjusting our booking dates.
